Founders' Vision

Message from the founder

Could you believe this project came to life from facing failures? My adventure began with a dream in my heart to become a professional goalkeeper, looking up to idols like Iker Casillas. I harbored dreams of playing for Real Madrid, dreams so deep I’d give anything to see them come true. Yet, when I landed in Spain, the reality was a tough pill to swallow—no guidance, no connections waiting for me. Nearly a decade spent in the football industry taught me about what truly shapes a professional. This journey might not have led me directly to a career between the goalposts, but it blessed me with success in unexpected ways. I found partnership with my hero, Iker Casillas, through 1KAcademy and became the only Korean agent to successfully broker a deal for a player with a La Liga team in recent years. I had a hand in bringing Artem Dovbyk, a top scorer contender for La Liga in the 2023/2024 season, to the attention of major clubs when he was just beginning to make his mark. And as Korea buzzes with excitement over Jesse Lingard’s arrival, I reflect on my efforts in bringing Michael Essien and David N’Gog to elevate the K-Leagu
